A professional optical module containing a D30 F150 focusing lens factory-integrated with a precision metal holder (cassette/mount). The “with holder” solution allows for immediate and safe replacement of the optical assembly in the laser head directly at the workstation. This eliminates the need for manual assembly of delicate lenses in the workshop, which drastically reduces CNC machine downtime and prevents accidental contamination or scratching of the optical surfaces.

The F150 focal length lens features an increased depth of field, which enables a more stable cutting process and produces a perfectly smooth edge when machining a wider range of sheet metal thicknesses. The assembly is made of the highest-purity synthetic quartz (fused silica) and coated with an advanced, multi-layer anti-reflective (AR) coating for wavelengths of 1030–1080 nm. This ensures minimal energy absorption and high resistance to thermal lensing when operating at power levels of 3–4 kW. The product is fully compatible with the original optics exchange systems in the popular Raytools BM111 and BM110 cutting heads, as well as other compatible Fiber CNC systems.
