This privacy policy describes how LaserFix processes personal data collected through the quote request form.

2. Scope of data collected
Through the quote request form we collect: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company name and Tax ID (NIP) for B2B customers only, delivery address or parcel locker code.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data solely to prepare and send a quote in response to your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary to perform a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract).
4. Data retention
We store your data only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, uodo.gov.pl).
