High-quality 37×7 mm optical protective glass (JGS1 Fused Silica) is a key component that protects the internal optical systems and lenses of the laser head from contaminants, metal spatter, and dust generated during the cutting process. Thanks to the use of advanced anti-reflective (AR) coating technology with a high optical damage threshold, this component features minimal absorption of laser energy. This prevents thermal lensing, stabilizes the focal position, and significantly extends the trouble-free operation of the entire head under a continuous load of up to 10,000 W.

These lenses feature perfect geometry, precisely polished edges, and maximum resistance to high temperatures.
