The D30 F150 professional focusing lens set, consisting of two matched quartz lenses, is a key component of the optical system in WSX laser heads. This module is responsible for finally focusing a parallel fiber-optic beam into a spot of minimal diameter (the working spot) directly on the surface of the material being cut. The F150 focal length provides increased depth of field, which results in more stable cutting and facilitates the achievement of a smooth edge when processing a wider range of sheet metal thicknesses.

The lenses are manufactured from the highest-quality synthetic quartz (Fused Silica) with excellent structural homogeneity and are then coated with an advanced, multi-layer anti-reflective (AR) coating optimized for the 1030–1080 nm wavelength range. As a result, the optics feature minimal energy absorption, which effectively prevents thermal lensing and focus shift when operating at output powers up to 3 kW. The kit fits perfectly into the original Z-axis optical cassettes in machines equipped with WSX KC15, KC15A, NC30, NC30A, and NC30E cutting heads.
