A professional optical module containing a D28 F125 focusing lens factory-integrated with a precision metal holder (cassette/mount). The “with holder” design enables quick and safe replacement of a worn-out optical element in the laser head directly at the workstation, minimizing CNC machine downtime and eliminating the risk of accidental contamination or damage to the lens surface during installation.

The F125 focal length optics are made of the highest-purity synthetic quartz (fused silica) and coated with an advanced multi-layer anti-reflective (AR) coating optimized for the wavelength of the fiber laser (1030–1080 nm). This ensures an exceptionally low radiation absorption coefficient and excellent stability of the focal point (spot) when operating at powers up to 2–3 kW. The metal housing ensures perfect centering of the lens along the Z-axis and optimal heat dissipation. The product is fully compatible with the original optics exchange systems in the popular Raytools BM109 cutting heads and other compatible Fiber CNC systems.
