The D30 C100 professional collimating lens set (containing 2 dedicated lenses) is a key optical component of WSX laser heads. This component is responsible for precisely transforming the divergent fiber-optic beam emerging from the QBH connector into a perfectly parallel light beam, which is then directed to the focusing lens. The optical accuracy of this assembly directly determines the quality of the focal spot and the stability of the CNC cutting process.

The lenses are made of the highest-purity synthetic quartz (fused silica) with excellent homogeneity and are then coated on both sides with a multi-layer anti-reflective (AR) coating optimized for wavelengths of 1030–1080 nm. This ensures minimal radiation absorption and prevents the thermal lensing effect when operating at high powers in the range of 1.5 kW to 3 kW. The kit is fully compatible with the factory-installed optical assemblies in the popular WSX KC15, KC15A, NC30, NC30A, and NC30E cutting heads used in many Fiber CNC machines.
