This high-quality TOP protective optical glass, with a diameter of 24.9 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm (JGS1 Fused Silica), is a specialized protective component used in fiber laser heads. Thanks to its ultra-thin design and the excellent structure of synthetic quartz, this glass perfectly protects lenses from dust, chips, and operational contaminants without adversely affecting beam geometry. The use of advanced anti-reflective (AR) coatings ensures minimal energy absorption, which prevents thermal stress and the thermal lensing effect when operating at powers up to 4,000 W.

These components are distinguished by their perfectly polished edges, high optical damage threshold, and resistance to sudden temperature changes. This standard is used in select fiber-based cutting and welding heads (including Raytools, WSX, and Precitec) used in modern CNC cutting machines from brands such as Gweike, Bodor, Senfeng, and HSG.
