A professional optical module containing a D30 C100 collimating lens factory-integrated with a precision metal holder (cassette/mount). The “with holder” solution allows for quick and completely safe replacement of the collimation system in the laser head directly on the production floor. This eliminates the need for manual handling of delicate lenses, which minimizes CNC machine downtime and drastically reduces the risk of accidental contamination or scratching of the optical surfaces.

The optical system is made of the highest-purity synthetic quartz (fused silica) and coated with an advanced multi-layer anti-reflective (AR) coating optimized for the wavelength of the fiber laser (1030–1080 nm). This ensures a negligible energy absorption coefficient, protecting against thermal lensing even during continuous operation at high powers in the range of 3–4 kW. The robust metal housing ensures perfect centering along the laser beam axis and optimal heat dissipation. The product is fully compatible with the original optics exchange systems in the popular Raytools BM111 and BM110 cutting heads, as well as other compatible Fiber CNC systems.
